What is Live Help

Live Help allows you to chat directly with an online service desk person from Staffordshire University using a familiar and easy to use chat interface. Live Help can be used to seek help or guidance on IT related queries only.

Livehelp Opening Times

Livehelp is staffed between the following hours:

• Monday - Friday 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:30 hrs
• Saturday and Sunday 13:00 17:30 hrs
  

Please note: it may take longer to respond to your request during evening and weekend periods.
